The Tecbatch<\/strong>\u00ae<\/sup> range includes several types of masterbatches for colouring plastics: black, white, colours to samples, RAL, Pantone, NCS colours, transparent, fluorescent, metallised, pearly, special effects, with many types of additives, such as anti-UV, antistatic, antibacterial and anti-oxidisation. Masterbatches are suitable for various applications, including kitchen utensils, toys, household appliances, cosmetics, electrical and electronic components, footwear, technical items and furniture.<\/p>\n

All products are available on different PE, PP, PS, SAN, PC, PA, PMMA, POM, PU backings, or backings compatible with the type of material and field of use; moulding, blowing or extrusion.<\/span><\/p>\n

All formulas meet the requirements of European Directives, RoHS and REACH, and on demand are developed to national and international standards regarding contact with food and toys (DM73, BGVV, FDA, and EN71).<\/span><\/p>\n

Micro granules<\/h3>\n

On demand most Color Tech products can be supplied as micro granules with granule dimensions reduced to 1.5-2mm against 4-5mm for a standard granule.<\/p>\n

The use of a micro granule masterbatch during transformation improves dispersion, plasticisation and homogenisation of the masterbatch with the material in use, reducing waste and improving the aesthetics of the article in question.<\/p>\n

Packaging and storage<\/h3>\n
